Just a reminder that Ingen Breen will be visiting Blackmountain on Sunday 8th February 2015.

Ingen will be giving an all day workshop from 10am to 4pm.

The titles of the workshop are: Everyday Zen and Back to the zafu.

It will be £20 for the day and £15 for half the day.

Please bring some food to share at lunch.
